PowerHaus
PowerHaus is a new environmentally-sealed battery-enclosure for the SINCGARS-type XX90 family sizes of military field-batteries. Powerhaus is specifically designed for rugged environments. Its design allows it to be integrated into mission-specific backpacks or even strapped to a belt for mobile computing, control and other telecommunications activities. Additional uses include mobile robots or remote platforms, where sealed and modular enclosures are crucial for rugged environment usage. Multiple units can be daisy-chained for extended operations. The system is currently used for the U.S. Marine Corps Dragon Runner control backpack and other remote sensor systems. Custom modifications to the system (pigtail, connector, enclosure color and add-on features) can be accommodated as needed.
